It has also been reported that the findings were: This was a skit; Two vets examined and x-rayed the cat only hours of the taping of the skit; Both Doctors found no bruises, no tenderness, not even any scratches; An animal expert was closely familiar with this cat before and after the incident who also determined no abuse; Other experts, doctors and authoraties weighed in. All including the judge considering all evidents found the teen was telling the truth regarding the fact that he was not attempting to inflict pain and all examinations conclude though overly rough and loud, no lasting harm was intended nor inflicted.

This was an incident that occured over one year ago. More harm is being done by the posting of this childs name. Have your stories if your lust for web attention exceeds your decentcy but remove any reference to the child’s name in the title, tags, descriptions and if indexed…the comments.

Aren’t realizing that animal abuse IS wrong… and if one TYPE of abuse can be prevented what does it matter who it is being done too?
Animal or human it doesn’t matter….

This kid needs some serious help because abusing any living thing in such a manner, (regardless of feeling remorse or not) is what us as humans believe is wrong(we all* should believe it is wrong.) I’d like to believe that everyone DOES believe in that concept but people on here saying humans are more important makes me doubt this greatly. Good job so called “compassionate people who care for all living things”!!
